Improvement of pedagogical practice through collaborative teaching work

Abstract




The research carried out allowed to determine the effects of the collaborative work program in the pedagogical practice in teachers of two Educational Institutions of Piura. According to the structure of the Research, it responds to do applied, with a quantitative approach and a type of quasi- experimental design, a sample of 68 teachers divided into two groups GC 34 and GE 34 participated. The study members completed a questionnaire of 28 items approved and accepted by 5 experts, with a reliability according to McDonald's Omega scale equal to 0.915. According to the descriptive results, they indicate that, in the CG posttest, the prevailing level was high with 61.76% and in EG, high with 91.18%. Regarding the inferential data, according to the normality test, the use of the Mann- Whitney U statistic was corroborated; According to results, all the affirmative hypotheses were considered accepted. The value described for the general hypothesis was U = 172.00 for the specific ones U = 184.00; U = 294,500 and 271,500 with a Sig. = 0.000. It is concluded that the application of the collaborative work program improved pedagogical practice and each of its dimensions.
