This research study worked with a sample of 25 elementary school students in a public institution in Arauca, among which there are boys and girls selected for signs of being victims and/or victimizers of bullying. Through an implemented methodology of action research with a qualitative approach, the instruments used were participant observation, in-depth interview, field diary and survey to the students who were the subjects of the study, with prior consent of the parents, and finally the implementation and evaluation of the pedagogical proposal. The results of the application were positive to the extent that the strategy was developed in a significant way and allowed children and adolescents to prevent violence and promote coexistence in the school environment. In conclusion, it was found that bullying is a threat to the physical integrity, emotional well-being and school performance of elementary school students.
