Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between administrative management and the Work Climate in teachers and administrators. The research was carried out in Guayaquil -Ecuador, during the year 2016, in the educational institution "Vicente Ramón Roca". The study was processed under the quantitative method. The research was of correlational type, a descriptive - correlational design was used, the sample that was selected consisted of 24
workers. The information collection was carried out by applying an opinion questionnaire on administrative management and another questionnaire on labor climate, applied to teachers and administrators, which were validated through the respective validation matrix. Pearson's statistical tests r and the student's t were used to analyze the information, which allowed to determine the relationship between the variables and test the hypotheses. The results of the statistical analysis showed a predominance of the level of regular Administrative Management with 0.73% and a prevalence of the Labor Climate with 0.80%. They also determined that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. The degree of relationship according to the Pearson r coefficient was 547 ** indicating that the correlation is moderate, direct and significant at 0.01 level
