Abstract
Every year about 1.3 million people die from traffic accidents, between 20 and 50 million suffer minor and serious injuries. Traffic accidents are one of the main causes of death worldwide, among drivers of vehicles between 15 and 24 years of age.
To reduce the rate of traffic accidents resulting in fatalities and injuries due to accidents, it is necessary to implement a general system, such as the security means approach, with the aim of guaranteeing a safe transport system for all road users and roads. Serious injuries and injuries from road accidents continue to represent a major public health problem, according to data from the latest global health statistics from the World Health Organization and the Report on the Global Situation of Road Safety, published in 2015.
