Pedagogical management and educational policies

Abstract
The implementation of pedagogical management has shown that in institutions it is executed in a relevant way and involves educational actors through the management of conceptual tools and methodology. The objective of the study was to understand pedagogical management in the guidelines of policies public services in the decentralized education unit. The research was of a qualitative approach, of a basic type, of phenomenological design. The sample considered was three public servants from the direction of the decentralized unit of MINEDU. The technique used is the semi-structured in-depth interview for the collection of pedagogical management data and normative guidelines. The results found is that the interviewed personnel review and prioritize the norms that guide pedagogical management, such as the National Curriculum of Basic Education, the General Education Law and the Framework for Good Executive Performance. It was concluded that understanding the theoretical conceptions of pedagogical management allows clarity of normative guidelines of pedagogical and management practices in the decentralized units of MINEDU.
