Analysis of the induction program in novel teachers accessible to the public major career 2018 - 2019: Case study

Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze the induction program for novice teachers accessing the public teaching career 2018 - 2019 case study in an educational entity, basic type, qualitative approach, case study design, the techniques that are They used the interview and the documentary analysis, as an instrument, the structured interview guides; the teacher induction guide and Ministerial Resolution No. 217-2018-Minedu that were carried out in the educational entity. The results of this research allowed us to know that there were strengths in the reflective narratives of the professional development plan, on the other hand, the contribution of the components in the pedagogical practice of the new teacher was improved and the professional skills of these teachers were strengthened, although it is Certainly the strategies were adequate, in the virtual mode, it was not possible to review the content as a whole due to the overload of activities to be developed and lack of time.
