Abstract




This work describes the correlation between identity and practice, in which labor professionalization is linked to deriving from empirical research on "Professional identity and its implications in teaching practice" carried out by Mtra. Lorelei Rivera with a sample of 20 graduates of the Beneme?rita National School of Teachers, which contains six promotions longitudinally, from the '97 Plan of Studies of the Primary Education Degree.
In the analysis of the data, it is carried out through a mixed qualitative and quantitative interpretation study, when combined with the case study approach, using the non- random sample of the case of student follow-up by Rivera (2017), it is also constituted by a count of word frequencies constructing the content categories and interpretation of the statistical analysis. Likewise, the correlation of identity variables and teaching practice was used, with an evaluation of the significant probability. ?is allowed demonstrating as a career of life, the teaching profession, linked to a continuous training, to the graduation of the students of the Normal School.
